Not all weeks are as easy as others, but we have to keep on focusing on our goals and put set backs behind us.

I’ve been on the fletcherism diet for 2 months now and have lost 28 pounds. From 256 down to 228. I don’t have much hunger cravings on this diet.

It’s now been a little over four months on the fletcherism diet and I have lost a total of 38 pounds. It seems Horace was right. I hope to meet his goal of 60 pounds in 6 months, but you have to remember, we live in a different era and most of my lunches are fast foods, Mcdonalds mostly. During the week I do skip my morning breakfast until I get an earned hunger. On the weekend I eat breakfast.

Trying to lose weight while eating Mc Donald’s type food is very difficult.
They like other fast food restaurants have a lot of sugar and salt in their buns and everything else.
Sugar and salt tends to keep weight on.
There is not much sugar (processed) or salt in fruit and vegetables.
If you live mainly on fruit and vegetables (no meats or dairy foods like milk. ice cream or breads cakes etc )for a month or two, you will have significant weight loss.

Do you eat MacDonalds food all the time? How very narrow your diet must be.
